In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Pharmaceutical and Medical Representative.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Area of responsibility: Lublin and the northern part of the Lublin Voivodeship
• Achieving the company’s business objectives in the area of product promotion and sales
• Representing the company in contacts with physicians and medical staff
• Conducting educational training sessions for the medical and pharmaceutical community
• Organizing thematic lectures for pharmacists and physicians, delivered by medical and pharmaceutical professionals
• Actively carrying out merchandising activities in pharmacies
• Cooperating with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Preparing reports and summaries
QUALIFICATIONS
• First professional experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Representative
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong goal- and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-confidence
• Residence within the assigned territory
