**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator I who is bilingual to join our healthcare team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing support in both English and [Second Language]. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

- Proficient in basic computer skills


**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist patients in person or over the phone
