Bartender

Tomatillos is looking for professionally minded, service-oriented bartenders to join a unique family restaurant. Job duties and qualifications are:

• Taking care of and taking a vested interest in our guests dining experience
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the bar and restaurant patrons
• Comply with all TABC regulations
• Able to engage bar patrons in lively conversation creating a memorable experience
• Excellent knowledge in mixology primarily in margaritas
• Ensuring that orders are accurate, complete, and brought to each guest in a timely manner
• Suggesting many items and upselling to give our guests the ultimate dining experience
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and issues
• Assist in taking initiative to help fellow staff members and lead by example by promoting teamwork
• Able to work in a highly fast paced bar atmosphere and extended shifted hours dictated by sales volume
• 2+ years bartending experience required
