SUMMARY
The Pool Bartender ("Cantinero/a de Piscina") serves each guest with the highest standard of professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm to make the guest's day/evening enjoyable. Serves beverages to patrons seated at the bar and to cocktail servers servicing the lounge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Promotes and serves food and drinks in an efficient and courteous fashion with a smile.
- Notifies leadership of any guest comments or service issues.
- Takes food and beverage orders in a friendly manner with a positive attitude, utilizing suggestive selling.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, following standard recipes.
- Utilizes a jigger to ensure standard and accurate measurements and recipes are followed.
- Secures payment / tabs for all drinks prior to preparation and service.
- Grows and maintains a working knowledge of food, beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails. Is knowledgeable of brands carried and takes advantage of upselling opportunities.
- Follows all County Health Department laws, regulations, and departmental procedures in the maintenance, preparation, and service of food and beverages.
- Maintains general cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift in all areas.
- Immediately reports all accidents to management.
- Speaks to management when in doubt about any rules, regulations, or procedure.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
