This is a hybrid role based in or near Denver. Candidates will support projects locally while also collaborating with Sentry’s headquarters in Watertown, South Dakota. Travel is structured and purposeful, not constant.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple scopes of work
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution and accountability
  • Track project costs, forecast financials, and maintain budget control
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify risks early and solve problems proactively to keep projects on schedule
  • Ensure clean, accurate, and timely project closeout

Qualifications

  • 4–10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control
  • Field experience or strong field knowledge required
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Compensation

$95,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and project background
Additional consideration for candidates with strong project portfolios or leadership experience

Benefits
