Job Summary:

The Head Coach is expected to:

• provide guidance, training and encouragement to the team and individual athletes to set and reach academic and athletic goals.
• conduct a high quality, organized high school athletic program.
• supervise and evaluate any assistants or volunteers to the program.
• maintain professionalism and exhibit effective communication skills with athletes, parents and fans.
• work cooperatively with faculty and staff.
• display high standards of ethics, integrity and honesty.

Qualifications:

Evidence of coaching and/or management skills.

Knowledge and experience in chosen sport.

Documentation of a clear record as determined by a current BCI/FBI background check 

Valid Pupil Activity Permit or ability to receive one
