Join Stanley as an Entry Level Service Technician based in Trenton, ME, where you'll begin your career in vehicle maintenance with a focus on lubricant/quick-lane services. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Compensation for this position starts $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle lubrication services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs.
- Inspect vehicles for basic mechanical issues and report findings to senior technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent, timely customer service during vehicle service appointments.
- Support senior technicians with tasks as required to ensure efficient shop operations.
- Provide assistance in maintaining cleanliness of facility, including but not limited to: floor cleaning, trash removal, grounds cleanup, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures diligently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation to Trenton, ME job location.
