About the role
As a Community Relations Coordinator, you'll guide families through the sales process, sharing our community's lifestyle, care, and values. You'll drive the sales process end-to-end, building relationships, conducting tours, planning events, and growing move-ins.
What you'll do
• Manage inquiries, tours, and follow-up through our CRM
• Plan and host marketing events and outreach
• Track competitive intel, pricing, and positioning
• Coordinate move-in logistics with internal teams
• Own pipeline reporting and sales metrics
Skills & attributes
• Excellent communication – in person, phone, virtual, and email
• Empathy and persistence with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick to learn CRM/database tools
• Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Able to balance shifting priorities and deadlines
Relatable experience
• Direct sales roles in services or hospitality
• Marketing, networking, or community outreach
• Senior living or healthcare exposure
Qualifications
• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ years in direct sales roles
• Current negative TB test
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Willing to work some weekends/evenings
• Valid driver's license with qualifying abstract
