Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- BCBA recruitment experience
- 5+ years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience
- BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required) - We strongly encourage BCBAs to apply, even if you do not have prior recruitment experience.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required but will consider equivalent experience.
- Experience: Candidates must have either BCBA recruitment experience, 5+ years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience, or BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required; BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
- Creativity: You’re an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Relationship Building: You’re able to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
- Tech Savvy: Must have Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience. Must be proficient with MS Office.
- Team Player: A strong collaborator who thrives in both remote and on-site environments while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Proactive & Positive: You’re driven, assertive, and passionate about learning and evolving your recruitment methods.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with candidates via written and verbal communication, ensuring professionalism and clarity at every stage of the process.
