Applications / Permit Runner
The Applications/Permit Runner is responsible for traveling to local municipalities to submit, retrieve, and manage permit-related documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various municipalities to deliver and pick up permit documents
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with municipal staff and internal team members
- Adhere to all company vehicle policies and safety regulations

- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and dependable
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable communicating across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email)
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Construction industry experience preferred
