Job Description
Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to join our Fireplaces Business Unit in Lakeville, MN. We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories. Headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota, with distribution around the world, our innovative approach is supported by a business unit structure that allows us to develop and market products with a strong focus on customers’ needs.  Since 1996, we’ve been dedicated to connecting people through the warmth and comfort of our hearth products.   This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite) located at our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MN.
 
The Fireplaces Business Unit is one of our key business units within Hearth & Home Technologies, featuring leading brands such as Heat & Glo, Majestic, Heatilator, and more. This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.   
 
The Sales Analytics Manager plays a critical role for the Fireplace Business Unit in driving the sales team's productivity and effectiveness. This role is responsible for enabling and ensuring the highest level of productivity of the sales team by supporting sales strategy and leveraging data-driven insights to support our sales excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales efficiency and execution. As a trusted advisor, this role will partner closely with sales leadership to create meaningful analytics that create data-driven insights for their team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive reporting and analytics focused on supporting sales execution and velocity through data-driven insights
  • Design, implement, and enhance analytics frameworks that measure sales effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable strategies for continuous improvement
  • Establish and refine standardized reporting for sales operations, including pipeline analysis, forecasting accuracy, and sales cycle efficiency
  • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and cadence to provide real-time visibility into sales trends, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on leading and lagging indicators to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and process optimization
  • Provide sales leadership with regular reporting on sales team and account performance, offering strategic insights to improve productivity and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in sales processes and implementing analytics-based solutions 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eight or more years of demonstrated experience in the areas of analytics, sales operations, and/or finance
  • Proven experience in sales analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or sales operations with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated problem-solving experience
  • Strong understanding of the capture and utilization of data to drive increased sales performance and revenue attainment
  • Expertise in creating reports and dashboards on key sales metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, analytics tools, and data visualization techniques
  • Advanced modeling skills with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience directly leading teams
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to continuous improvement driven change with a positive attitude
