Production Worker – Hand Assembly

 4 day work week: Monday – Thursday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM

Starting Pay: $19.00 an hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

• Perform tasks that include using screw guns  and pneumatic nailers.
• Working together as team to complete high volume production goals on a daily basis.
• Chop saws and table saws – Catching and stacking boards approximately.
• Other miscellaneous jobs that require grabbing, lifting, stacking, some repetitive hand motion'
• Mobility within the facility, including but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, reaching up and/or out, and lifting for long periods of time.
• This position may require lifting 75 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Perform QC inspections and record at defined intervals.
• Accurately prepare production reports and other assigned documentation.
• Assemble materials to produce the finished product.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good safety habits.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Job assignment flexibility and ability to quickly adapt and manage change.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet team and individual goals and objectives.
• Ability to work regularly and dependably.
• Ability to collaborate and function in a team environment.
• Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
