    POSITION:                 Food Service Assistant Tier 2 (5.75 hours/day, 28.75 hours/week)
    LOCATION:                Ledge Street Elementary School
    STARTING:                 April 20, 2026
    SALARY RANGE:      Depending on experience and/or SNA Certification,
                                        Minimum starting salary $15.84 per hour  
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience in food handling and cashiering experience desirable. Must be physically capable of performing duties, which include the ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry, with assistance, objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work with a variety of food service and cleaning related products

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 
    Aid in preparation and serving of food; requires ability to handle money and count back change; assist with clean up in food service areas and equipment; familiarity with sound safety and health practices; performs other duties as assigned by the Cook, Site Coordinator or Director of Food Service.
