Job Skills / Requirements
Responsibilities
As part of our cleaning team, you will help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of client facilities by performing the following tasks:
- Maintain building interiors by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures
- Clean windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Sweep and vacuum floors, carpets, and furniture
- Wipe blinds and surfaces throughout the building
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Replace light bulbs when necessary
- Pick up trash and debris to maintain building accessibility and appearance
- Remove trash from receptacles and transport to disposal or recycling areas
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Perform minor equipment maintenance or report needed repairs
- Follow safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Document completed cleaning tasks and note areas requiring additional attention
- Support team members and assist with additional cleaning duties as needed
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
