  • Help manage wind cargo claims through proactive training initiatives
  • Support curriculum design and special training projects
  • Serve as a trusted safety resource for drivers in the field

Be a Visible Safety Presence in the Field

  • Perform driver compliance audits and equipment spot checks
  • Conduct shipper, site, and customer visits
  • Observe carrier operations and ensure best practices are followed
  • Interview and evaluate drivers to ensure readiness and capability

Support Specialized Operations

  • Assist and supervise unique heavy haul projects onsite
  • Support operations with project planning and preliminary site reviews
  • Work flexible hours as required to support live operations

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods at field sites
  • Ability to sit for extended periods when traveling or completing office work
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and temperature changes
  • Occasionally required to work in tight or awkward positions while inspecting or assisting in the field
