Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in project and program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with direct reports, managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects to defense organizations.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.- Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing professional services teams, encompassing practice management, operations, methodology, business development, pre-business, executive relationship management, and engagement delivery.

In this role, you will utilize your technical, managerial, and leadership skills to oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered end-to-end. Your primary mission is to securely deploy Google technology, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to drive mission value in large, multi-year transformational engagements for National Security customers.
You will manage the comprehensive project portfolio, providing delivery management and consulting that exceeds customer expectations. This includes pre-sales scoping, requirements gathering, risk management, and project scheduling. You will collaborate closely with Google’s sales, cross-functional executives, and technical leaders to oversee GCP solution deployment, including leveraging our exceptional security resources to protect customers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Grow in undefined problem spaces by taking vague business requirements and structuring them into actionable technical execution plans for delivery teams.
- Act as a thought leader to manage dependencies across teams (e.g., AI, Security, Cloud, Product and Engineering), resolving conflicts and providing direct influence over resourcing, planning cadence, and stakeholder management.
- Lead pre-sales scoping engagements for seamless transition into delivery. Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading the deployment of Google AI and Security solutions to customers and partners.
- Manage the available time and utilization of Security Engineers and Technical Program Managers, establishing a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision-making, and prioritization, while considering quality, customer, and financial metrics.
- Identify emerging delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies, while driving measurable project performance gains.
