Job Skills / Requirements

COMPENSATION RANGE: $24.00-$26.00 Per Hour

The Marketing Coordinator, External Marketing & Creative supports the execution of external marketing efforts, including creative content and campaigns. This role is responsible for developing and producing marketing materials across digital and print channels while helping ensure consistency in brand and messaging.

This position plays a key role in supporting Marketing & Sales initiatives by focusing on day-to-day marketing tasks, contributing to campaign execution, and assisting with department priorities as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

External Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Support and execute external marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
• Assist with campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate and maintain marketing calendars

Creative Content (Digital & Print)

• Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and sales collateral
• Design digital content for email campaigns, social media, and web use
• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and messaging

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Support website updates, landing pages, and content uploads
• Assist with SEO efforts, including keyword updates and content optimization
• Help manage and track digital performance metrics

Email & Campaign Support

• Assist with building and sending email campaigns
• Support list management and campaign reporting

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to support business development efforts.
• Gather content, updates, and onsite insights to support marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to company-wide initiatives that support overall business goals.

Department Support (As Needed)

• Assist with additional Marketing & Sales projects based on department priorities.
• Support presentations, proposals and special initiatives.
• Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 1–2 years of equivalent marketing experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Experience with Content tools, Website platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:

• Works under moderate supervision.
• Up to 20% travels to other site locations for content
