As an Account Executive at Wintrgarden, you'll own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed deal. You've already proven yourself in B2B tech sales and you're ready to take the next step. You know how to run outbound, move deals forward quickly, and build relationships with HR and Recruiting leaders.

What you'll do
Run outbound prospecting and own your pipeline end-to-end
Lead discovery calls, demos, and closing conversations with HR and Recruiting leaders
Work structured and efficiently in fast sales cycles
Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM
Collaborate closely with leadership to shape our go-to-market as we scale
What we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in B2B tech sales — either as an SDR/BDR at a Stockholm-based tech company, 1–2 years in an AE role, or in a more senior BDR position with outbound ownership
Proven experience with outbound sales — you know how to create pipeline from scratch
Experience with relatively short, transactional sales cycles
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
A closer mentality: you don't wait for deals to come to you
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation
Experience selling to HR is a plus
