Job Description

1. Release Management Support
- Assist the team in executing software release activities and maintaining essential release documentation.
2. Security & Compliance Data Coordination
- Support the preparation and organization of security‑related reports, including CVE, OSS, and other compliance information.
3. Project Tracking & Status Maintenance
- Help maintain project tracking tools/files, ensuring up-to-date visibility of critical patches, CVE status, and other key items.
4.Documentation Management
- Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and updates of team assets and documentation to support operational efficiency.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Administrative Assistance
- Provide coordination and general support to SWTMs through information collection, meeting follow-ups, and task tracking across teams.
