As a Sales Associate, you’ll help guests gear up for mountain adventures by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining clean and well-stocked displays, and sharing your product knowledge. This is an hourly position with commission opportunities—perfect for someone who loves retail and outdoor lifestyle.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in selecting the right products
• Answer questions about merchandise features, pricing, and availability
• Stock shelves, counters, and tables with new merchandise
• Create visually appealing displays and promotional setups
• Process sales accurately, including total bills, accepting payments, and making change
• Bag or gift wrap items and thank each guest for their visit
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Perform end-of-shift cash handling and register reconciliation
• Apply discounts and promotions as needed

 Qualifications:    

• Customer Service Experience required
• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
• Can safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
