What Does This Opportunity Mean To You





  • Tall aspects of AECC Visa Department compliance to ensure retention of all ongoing students for fees payment approval smoothly in accordance with destinations and clients' compliance policies.

  • Act as mentor-User and Key Contact on the Clients and Management reporting System for all destinations clients' ongoing allocated students various stages journey through all visa officers.

  • Ensure the department team meets all duties to retain students' fees payments status, undertaking all processing activities of all Counselling team allocated students' journey stages at weekly, monthly and annual allocations and on-site audits.

  • Inform all immigration/visa legislations relevant to students and staff, and keep the Clients and immigration up to date with relevant changes.

  • Maintain the procedural documents pertaining to visa checks, withdrawals from the study, changes to study plans, visa refusal and withdrawal reporting with refunds.

  • Ensure that record-keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained across all visa-controlled categories.

  • Identify and verify the immigration status of all Nationals students and provide advice on any restrictions to study and/or work.

  • Provide guidance to students/parents and team with visa applications via email and individual meetings, including checking the final application prior to submission.

  • Ensuring all student financial and visa documents are correct as per client and concerned immigration compliance before the submission to admissions to share clients or authorities on emails or portals .

  • Provide advice to Management and marketing on all ongoing trends to ease students and parents' stress through smoother operations.




Skills and Attributes Required





  • At least 3-4 years of visa documentation and counselling experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business holder

  • Excellent organisational skills to deliver reports and feedback from all marketing initiatives in a timely and informative manner

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal

  • Demonstrated team player

  • Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
