Job Description:Qualifications:

Project Description

We are developing and enhancing an application that supports operational processes in the banking sector.

Currently, we are looking for a System Analyst to join a team supporting retail banking processes. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and designing workflows on our internal banking platform (based on IBM FileNet).

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with experience in workflow systems and strong SQL skills.

Main Tasks

  • Working in a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs
  • Co-creating business documentation
  • Designing functionalities using available tools
  • Preparing functional documentation
  • Breaking down features into smaller tasks
  • Implementing assigned tasks within the platform
  • Performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing
Additional Information:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a System Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex process-related problems
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools
  • Experience in creating and interpreting UML and BPMN models
  • Knowledge of required technologies: SQL, REST API
  • Understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design principles
