Diesel Technician Duties:

  • Diagnose, document, and repair engine, transmission, and major component fault codes using company-supplied laptops and OEM software while following proper warranty procedures.

  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair on all components as well as preventative maintenance and reconditioning.

  • Demonstrate well-developed technical and troubleshooting skills with effective problem-solving abilities.

  • Attend OEM and dealer training online as well as in-person when required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.

  • Formal training in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 3-7 vehicles is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and drivers, demonstrating teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Participation in Continuous Improvement Initiatives and the DTNA Elite Support Program.

Shifts Available:

       Monday-Friday 8A-4:30P
