Job Description

Sales Rep Change Lives. Be Proud of the Work You Do.

At The Good Feet Store, we don’t “sell inserts.”
We help people walk without pain—sometimes for the first time in years.

If you’re looking for a role where you can show up as a true professional, take care of people the right way, and be part of something meaningful—keep reading.

We’re a family-owned company driven by a simple mission:
A world without pain, and an unwavering commitment to improving quality of life—two feet at a time.
This is consultative, patient-focused work—not transactional retail.

You will:

  • Welcome customers and create a calm, professional experience
  • Listen carefully and guide them through a thoughtful, proven process
  • Help people feel understood, supported, and confident in their decisions

There’s no rushing people through.
We take our time, do it right, and let the results speak for themselves.
What You Get

  • $55,000–$75,000+ OTE (base + commission)
  • Paid training + clear path to growth
  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO)
  • Work that genuinely matters—customers often leave relieved, grateful, and sometimes emotional

Who Thrives Here

  • Professional, polished, and composed
  • Naturally empathetic—you care about people and it shows
  • Detail-oriented and patient
  • Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in doing things the right way

Not a fit if you prefer fast, transactional environments or cutting corners to get through the day.

Our Culture:

We value family, accountability, and integrity.
We show up for each other, we do what we say we’ll do, and we treat every customer with respect.
Many of our team members have been with us for years—because they’re proud of the work, and the way we do it.

Details:

  • Full-time, in-person (single location)
  • Weekends required
  • Consistent, professional environment with strong leadership support

Bottom Line:

This is work you can feel good about. You’ll help people, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values doing things the right way. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
