Celestar Corporation is seeking an Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) Integration Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Analysis & Production Community of Interest (A&P COI). 

Location: DIA Headquarters (Bolling AFB) or Reston, VA

·        CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with a Current CI Poly (within the last 5 years)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) Integration Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) within the Analysis & Production Community of Interest (A&P COI). This is a rewarding and impactful opportunity to shape intelligence integration, enhance analytic capabilities, and strengthen the overall OBI/OBP framework in support of national security.

  •  Identify and engage with DIA teams most receptive to OBI integration.

  • Research and assess team tools, workflows, and processes to highlight how OBI enhances mission outcomes.

  • Manage and maintain a restricted SharePoint site for DIA OBI and designated components, ensuring accurate access to files, POCs, calendars, and engagement tracking.

  • Establish and administer SharePoint solutions that provide components with access to relevant files, requirement submission processes, and working group participation.

  • Deliver monthly reports detailing engagements, training activities, and OBI/OBP adoption progress.

  • Collaborate with AIO1 (via Celestar leadership) to design and deliver tailored training for supported components.

  • Evaluate the current level of OBI/OBP understanding and implementation across supported teams.

  •  Analyze primary deliverables (e.g., intelligence products, I&W requirements) to identify opportunities for OBI support.

  • Research and document the tools, databases, and reporting types most frequently used (structured/unstructured data, email distribution lists, SAP requirements, etc.).

Required qualifications/skills:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience (10–12 years with a Master’s degree).

  • Background in intelligence disciplines; All-Source analysis preferred. Experience in Collection Management, Knowledge Management, Targeting, or GEOINT is also accepted.

  • Working knowledge of intelligence databases and tools (e.g., FADE, TAC, RMT, Bodhi, Thresher, Palantir, RKS).

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Active TS/SCI with a current CI Poly (within the last 5 years).
