Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ, Billing, RLM, and Contracts
Define scalable and secure architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards
Own high-level and detailed design documents
Revenue Cloud & Q2C Expertise
Design and implement Quote-to-Cash processes including:
Product catalog & pricing strategy
Complex pricing rules, discounting, and approvals
Contract lifecycle management
Subscription, usage-based, and milestone billing
Revenue schedules and amendments (renewals, upsell, cancelations)
Experience transitioning from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is a strong plus
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather and refine requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership on Revenue Cloud capabilities
Drive solution walkthroughs and design reviews with technical and business teams
Integration & Data
Design integrations between Salesforce and ERP/Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Define data migration and data governance strategies for products, pricing, contracts, and billing data
Ensure data accuracy across the revenue lifecycle
Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance to developers and admins
Review configurations, customizations, and code for quality and performance
Support deployment planning, release management, and post-go-live stabilization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Expertise in one or more:
Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Billing
Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce platform
