JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Crew Fore Planner
Department: Crew Resources
Reports To: Manager of Crew Resources
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Crew Resource Fore Planner is responsible for future pilot flight assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Ensures Flight Schedule is crewed 3-7 days using manual planning.
2. Assists Daily Shift Supervisors as operationally needed.
3. Works with Daily Shift Supervisors to ensure operational coverage from 48-72 hours.
4. Fills in for Daily Shift Supervisor vacations as needed.
5. Performs all other duties as assigned by the Manager of Crew Resources.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in Crew Scheduling
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job is in an office environment with heating and cooling. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
