Responsibilities:
- Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person
- Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold
- Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards
- Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims
- Collaborating with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- A professional, well-groomed personal appearance
