Purpose & Scope of The Position:
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Robinson mobile crushing units within an active mining environment, while ensuring 100% compliance with Robinson safety and environmental standards. Execute meticulous pre-operational inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime. Effectively operate heavy equipment around other equipment, balancing high-volume production while maintaining a strong commitment to the company’s core values and safety standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mobile rock crusher
- Shovel Cable and Dewatering cable management.
- Meet safety, environmental, attendance, and performance standards.
- Manage flows and water levels in the pit as needed.
- Assistance with building, repairing, and maintaining pipelines in and out of the pit.
- Service and repair both electric pumps.
- Effective operating skills with cable realer, dozer, wheel loader, and track hoe.
- Building and grounds maintenance including comfort stations.
- Works effectively in a team and alone.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and safe work habits.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with ever-changing conditions.
- Punctuality and regular attendance required.

Required Education, Work Experience & Training:
- A valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education, Work Experience & Training:
- Previous rock crusher operation and maintenance experience.
- Previous heavy equipment experience.
Technical Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- General understanding of mechanical functions.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation including Microsoft Excel.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing.
