    Alternative Learning Academy Program Administrator


    Township High School District 211 is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as the Program Administrator for its Alternative Learning Academy. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting diverse learners, fostering a positive school culture, and leading a team focused on individualized student success.


    Qualifications


    Candidates must:
        Hold a current Illinois Professional Educator License with a General Administrative endorsement, or be enrolled in a program leading to endorsement by August 2026 
        Meet requirements as a PERA-qualified evaluator by August 2026

    The ideal candidate will:
        Provide clear, consistent leadership and direction for an alternative learning, day school program environment 
        Effectively supervise staff and students while cultivating a safe, supportive, and inclusive school culture 
        Demonstrate expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized student success plans 
        Work collaboratively with district and home school administrators to support students enrolled in the program 
        Demonstrate evidence of excellent communication skills and cultivation of meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families 
        Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 
        Maintain a student-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to complex and non-traditional educational needs
