Job Description
Supports Transportation department with preparation for the upcoming school year by assisting with summer transportation operations and student rider enrollment. Responsibilities include processing transportation applications and requests for the new school year, enrolling student riders, maintaining accurate transportation records, responding to parent and staff inquiries, distributing bus passes and transportation information, assisting with data entry and filing, and providing clerical support to ensure transportation services are organized and ready for the start of school. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required.

- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a CORI and SORI background check and fingerprint-based national criminal history check, in accordance with Massachusetts law.
