Requirements
The HSE Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across the organization. This role serves as the operational backbone of the HSE function by managing systems, maintaining data integrity, coordinating programs, and ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and accessible. This position balances program coordination, systems administration, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The coordinator supports multiple HSE platforms and tools, streamlines processes, and enables field and leadership teams to operate efficiently without reliance on additional administrative support.
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain HSE systems and platforms, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain HSE records, dashboards, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and recurring performance reports.
- Coordinate HSE training programs, certification tracking, and distribution of safety communications and materials.
- Provide administrative support for HSE operations, including document control, meeting coordination, onboarding, and department communications.
- Partner with internal teams to support compliance efforts, audits, client requirements, and operational HSE initiatives.
What You Bring
- Experience working across multiple systems and platforms, including HSE, compliance, and document management tools.
- Working knowledge of Procore, ISN, SharePoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–5 years of experience in HSE coordination, safety administration, compliance, or a related role; construction, energy, or industrial experience preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with ability to support both office and occasional field or travel requirements.
