YOUR TASKS
and test method strictly in line with product engineering specification；
process & single station, such as FUJI NXT, AOI, de-panel, ICT, programming,
stencil design and process optimized.
improvement on SMT assembly line and process optimization to meet company
expectation on quality, cost
and productivity；
up new project & part number SAP P-BOM, Routing, calculate the cycle time
and assembly hour.
of operating equipment including documentation, drafting and updating of flow
chart, PFMEA, WI；
can training, instructing and supporting PCBA production employees in matters
of production and process engineering.
work related the new customer development ( SMT set up, trial run, full run, WI,
production release etc.) ensuring the project targets are being achieved or overachieved.
resulting from SMT engineering changes.
obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval / qualification
of the start of production.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
degree or above；
least 5 year’s
experience on SMT Manufacturing Engineering；
