Overall Goal of Position:

Warehouse Team Member position assists the Warehouse Manager in keeping the warehouse clean, safe and efficient by performing the essential functions and responsibilities described below. By doing so, it increases the overall performance of the Production Plant, both physically and monetarily. Warehouse Team Members will report to the Warehouse Manager and indirectly the Plant Manager.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading trucks
• Staging of product for trailers/loading. Hauling of finished goods to the warehouse for storage
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
• Operates forklift truck as needed
• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy
• Ensure accuracy of loads; both incoming and outgoing
• Perform Trailer Audit (Verify Trailer #, Cleanliness, Condition) prior to loading/unloading
• Help maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules
• Perform other position specific duties as assigned by Supervisor
• All shifts must be flexible and may include weekend work

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Excellent time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Work minimum 8-hour shifts
• Wear hair/beard net, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, and other personal protective equipment as required.

• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly
