Summary

Freeman is seeking a dynamic Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the creation of high-impact content and compelling case studies across Freeman’s Lines of Business, while also spearheading Organizer-focused marketing programs to drive our business forward. You’ll quickly immerse yourself in our diverse business landscape, gaining a deep understanding of our customer segments, comprehensive solutions, and family of innovative brands.

 

As a member of our fast-paced and collaborative marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in bringing Freeman’s capabilities to life through compelling, insight-driven storytelling and scalable content and marketing programs. Your attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to translate complex solutions into clear, customer-focused narratives will be essential as you manage projects from concept to execution in a deadline-driven environment.

 

This position will support our Marketing team.  It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.  This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling case studies: Create case studies that highlight Freeman’s solutions, combining engaging storytelling with impactful visuals
  • Content strategy and project management: Drive content creation kick-offs by aligning messaging, understanding client needs, scheduling calls with subject matter experts, and ensuring on-time delivery in line with marketing plans
  • Organizer-focused marketing programs: Support our Organizer audience initiatives as needed through channels like email, web, and social
  • Maintain and share content: Ensure case studies and other content are regularly updated and shared across the business via platforms like the case study library, content spreadsheets, and intranet
  • Create and maintain marketing materials: Develop marketing materials such as customer pitch decks, collateral, and presentations, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with business needs
  • Monitor industry trends: Stay informed on emerging research, trends, and competitive insights relevant to key buyers
  • Provide competitive insights: Collect and analyze competitive insights and feedback, sharing this data with the global marketing team to inform strategies
  • Event capture deliverables: Support video and photography capture for customer events, working closely with sales, clients, and marketing teams to ensure alignment to goals and budget for post-event deliverables
  • Special projects: Lead and support special Freeman brand initiatives, videos, milestone campaigns, and cross-LOB marketing programs as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5–8 years of marketing experience
  • Industry knowledge of conferences, tradeshows, corporate events, and experiential marketing — or strong core marketing skills to ramp up quickly
  • Experience developing messaging and storytelling for complex solutions and customer needs
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing assets such as case studies, pitch decks, event or webinar content, videos, and collateral
  • Self-starter with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally ·
  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and run multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with sales, product management, creative, content, and marketing stakeholders
