High School Girls Coach / Sports Marketing & Tiger Media Coordinator � Thrall ISD

Thrall ISD is seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated professional to serve as a High School Girls Coach and Sports Marketing / Tiger Media Coordinator. This unique role combines coaching with leadership in promoting and showcasing our athletic programs through high-quality media and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Coach high school girls in assigned sport(s) (sport assignment flexible based on best fit)
• Develop student-athletes through skill instruction, leadership, and character-building
• Lead and manage the Tiger Media Team, including student involvement in content creation
• Create and oversee athletic marketing content, including graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials
• Produce game-day graphics, highlight videos, and program branding elements
• Maintain a consistent and professional image for Thrall athletics across platforms
• Collaborate with coaches, administration, and community to promote events and achievements
• Ensure compliance with district and UIL policies

Qualifications:

• Coaching experience at the high school level preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Canva
• Ability to lead, teach, and mentor student media team members
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or be willing to obtain one
• Must meet all district and state certification requirements
