ROLE:
Ridge Run Operator, LLC owns the Glacier Range Riders, an MLB Professional Partner League franchise in Flathead Valley, Montana. The Range Riders are a member of the Pioneer Baseball League, which has teams in Montana, Idaho, Utah, and California. Team operations are year-round and include Glacier Bank Park, and Glacier Bank Park events.

On game day, our mascot will be part of all promotions and entertainment surrounding Glacier Range Riders Baseball. Our goal is to engage someone with a strong passion for storytelling who will drive a compelling narrative and immersive experience through our characters.
In the community, our mascot will make appearances at schools, fundraising events, community walks and more as a brand ambassador for Range Riders baseball.
The Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Maintain the mascot costumes and all props ensuring that everything is show ready.
- Consistently find ways to elevate ideas and improve promotions.
- Help conceptualize content for in-stadium and social media feeds.
- Monitor pop culture to stay on the cutting edge of creativity and innovation.
- Work all home game.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Gymnastics, dance or cheer skills.
- Comfort operating motorcycles, ATV’s or other motorized vehicles.
- Above-average physical and athletic acumen.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and excitement for challenges.
- A high degree of personal integrity and consistently puts the interests of the organization first.
- Demonstrated passion for performance…stage, screen, live theater, improv comedy. You must have the spirit of a performer to succeed in this role.
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Working Conditions:
- You may spend most of your days out of the office either at appearances or maintaining the costumes and props.
- Appearances are often outside. Performer will be exposed to all types of weather.
- Frequent bending, lifting 15-50 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking on concrete through the building including inclines and stairs.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be noisy.
