Astria Health is seeking an Audiology Assistant to join our team! This position is located at our Sunnyside Astria Health Audilogy and Pediatric Therapies Center. 

 

 

Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift - More details will be discussed during the interview. 

 

 

What you get to do every day!

 

As the Audiology Assistant,  this position is to be delegated tasks and duties that are prescribed, directed and supervised by a licensed audiologist to allow the audiologist availability for more complex evaluative, diagnostic, management and treatment services that require the education and training of a licensed audiologist therefore, improving access to audiologic services. You will:

 

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • One or more years’ experience working in an audiology clinic.
  • Completion of on-site competency-based training within six months of employment
  • One of more years’ experience in customer service or a clinical business environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software products and systems.
  • Oral and written fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
