Quality Planning & Standards
- Develop and implement quality control processes and internal operational standards
- Support new product development with quality planning (e.g., FMEA, control plans)
- Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, and procedures
Process Monitoring & Assurance
- Monitor production and engineering processes to ensure product quality
- Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and external regulations
Problem Solving & Corrective Actions
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and nonconformities
- Implement and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Investigating customer complaints and quality issues
Audits & Compliance
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100, NQA-1, ASME IX and other industry-specific regulations)
- Maintain documentation required for audits and certifications
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics
- Generate reports on defects, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Use statistical tools and KPIs to monitor and improve processes
Continuous Improvement
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance product quality and process efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, sales and operations teams
- Communicate quality issues and drive resolution across departments
- Support training and awareness on quality standards and best practices

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working with quality management system, raw material evaluation, and supplier quality management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100 and NQA-1.
