We are seeking to recruit a Learning, Development and Workforce Resourcing Manager to join our high performing team at Greensborough, on a permanent full-time basis.
The position undertakes a ranger of functions including the management of:
Accords casual workforce
Lead and support Rostering and Scheduling
Lead the recruitment of casuals to meet the specific needs of each service delivery area
Oversee Learning and Development for all services.
Recruitment and oversight of our casual workforce ensure suitably qualifies caregivers are recruited and supported through supervision, training and performance feedback. You will also support rostering and scheduling service delivery to ensure they meet service delivery obligations and financial targets.
The Position
Lead and oversee the management of Accord’s casual workforce, ensuring caregivers are appropriately recruited, onboarded, trained, and supported through ongoing supervision and performance feedback.
Support and guide Rostering and Scheduling functions to ensure continuity of service delivery, effective workforce utilisation, and alignment with financial targets, including monitoring and reporting on agency and casual workforce usage.
Coordinate and lead recruitment activities for casual caregivers, ensuring workforce capability meets the specific needs of each service delivery area.
Oversee Learning and Development across the organisation, including the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training programs aligned with organisational needs, compliance requirements, and contemporary practice.
Ensure all workforce practices and processes are compliant with relevant legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements, including the St John of God Health Care Code of Conduct.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce records and reporting, supporting data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with divisional leads, managers, and key stakeholders to identify workforce needs, improve systems and processes, and support organisational change initiatives.
Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to casual caregivers, including performance management, training compliance, and incident management where required.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, systems, and procedures, including involvement in projects and system enhancements (e.g. Workday, PageUp).
Coordinate education programs and initiatives, including orientation, mandatory training, student placements, traineeships, and graduate programs, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as an Educator and have extensive experience working in training needs analysis, delivery and evaluation of education programs and initiatives. Successful applicants must hold a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Post-graduate qualification in Education or similar fields will be highly regarded.

We can offer you
Salary: $110,462 to $115,358 plus 12% Superannuation
Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week
