Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on fleet-wide fuel consumption data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports tracking fuel efficiency metrics (MPG, idle time, fuel cost per mile, etc.).
• Identify trends, anomalies, and outliers in fuel usage across drivers, routes, and vehicle types.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual fuel performance against benchmarks and targets.
• Develop and recommend fuel-saving strategies including routing optimization, idle reduction programs, and driver coaching 
• initiatives.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to implement route efficiency improvements that reduce fuel consumption.
• Evaluate fuel purchasing strategies, including fuel card programs, bulk purchasing, and fuel network optimization.
• Analyze the impact of vehicle specs, load factors, and maintenance schedules on fuel efficiency.
• Identify high-consuming drivers and generate performance insights to support targeted coaching and training programs.
• Track and measure the impact of driver behavior interventions on fuel efficiency over time.
• Integrate data from TMS, ELD, and fuel card platforms into centralized reporting tools.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of fuel management technologies and platforms.
