Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Aide (HHA)

Status: Full Time

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Location: New Stanton, PA

About the Position: Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one care for a wonderful 9-year-old female child in the West Mifflin area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family
Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

What do I need for this role with Community Care?

Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience – Will Train!
Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
CPR certification (preferred)
Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered
Reliable transportation
