The Merrimack High School has an opening in the Special Education Department. Applicants should have relevant training and high school experience with adolescents with emotional challenges. Applicants should have experience in the IEP team meeting process and strong collaborative skills when working with students, teachers, support staff and families. Strong behavior management and good organizational skills are important attributes to bring to this position at Merrimack High School.
 
Qualifications:

• Current NH certification in Special Education
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, parents, and classroom teachers
• Team-centered work style
• A range of knowledge in high school content area subjects

Days per week: 5
