Job Description:
The Busser will provide support to the food server by attending to the needs of guests.
Job Requirements:
· Provide supplies to servers.
· Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
· Sets up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
· Sets up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
· Ensure that guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion.
· Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
· The ability to assist servers as requested.
· Perform all opening and closing side duties.
· Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
· Other duties as assigned.
