ABOUT OUR ROLE 

We are seeking reliable and service-oriented Resort Shuttle Drivers to join our resort team for the summer season. Shuttle drivers will transport team members between designated parking areas to the resort throughout the day.

ESSENTIAL 

FUNCTIONS 


  • Safely transport team members between the satellite parking lot and the main employee lot on a continuous, scheduled basis 
  • Greet team members in a friendly and professional manner while providing timely and dependable service 
  • Issue satellite parking passes to team members at the start of shifts and collect passes at the end of the day 
  • Monitor on-site parking areas to ensure team members are parked in designated locations only 
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members regarding parking policies and procedures 
  • Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall condition of the company shuttle vehicle 
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns 
  • Assist leadership with enforcing parking policies in a professional and respectful manner 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
  • Previous driving, shuttle, or transportation experience preferred 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain active for extended periods 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while driving 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout parking areas 
  • Ability to lift to 25 pounds occasionally

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
