H2 Health is a therapist-led organization committed to clinical excellence, professional growth, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services through strong hospital and community partnerships. We empower our clinicians to practice at the top of their license in supportive environments that prioritize patient outcomes, collaboration, and career development.

At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides inpatient therapy services to a diverse adult and geriatric population. Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, cognitive deficits, and functional performance limitations. Whether you prefer maintaining a broad inpatient caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as neurorehabilitation, upper extremity function, ADL retraining, or medically complex care, we support your clinical strengths and professional interests.

Your Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations assessing ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and upper extremity function
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide skilled interventions focused on ADL retraining, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and functional restoration
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/SLP teams
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, equipment recommendations, and discharge planning
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards

This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates.
