Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world’s leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.


Position Overview 


The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager oversees a portfolio of customers from quotation through order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience at every stage. This role takes a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries, coordinating production schedules, and resolving issues to meet delivery commitments. The position also serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, fostering strong relationships while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.


Location: Anaheim, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $80,000 - $105,000 per year 


The Senior Account Manager operates with a higher level of autonomy, manages more complex or strategic accounts, and plays a key role in process improvement, cross-functional leadership, and mentoring junior team members.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely response and resolution to inquiries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Prepare and distribute quotes to support spares and MRO requirements
  • Perform contract review of customer purchase orders for compliance and load into ERP system
  • Maintain daily customer portal activities to support assigned accounts
  • Prepare internal and external reports to support customer needs
  • Additional Responsibilities (Senior Account Manager):
  • Manage high-value, complex, or strategic customer accounts
  • Lead customer escalations and drive resolution across internal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers or support staff
  • Support business growth initiatives and customer retention strategies


Who You Are


Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in customer support or account management, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exposure to aerospace or manufacturing environments (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of export regulations (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred)


Senior Account Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in an aerospace environment, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to support fast paced work environment
  • High proficiency in MSO 365
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and committed to delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Experience with IFS ERP system (preferred)
  • Experience in the aerospace industry (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of export regulations (preferred)
