Summary:
We are seeking a substitute teacher to join our team at District Wide. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that students receive high-quality instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans that have been prepared by the regular classroom teacher
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Manage student behavior effectively
- Follow all school policies and procedures
- Communicate with school administrators and other teachers as needed
- Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and behavior
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Valid teaching license or substitute teaching license
- Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
- Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver instruction effectively
