Pleasant Hill High School Additional Information: Show/Hide - Present and maintain a high level of professionalism as an educational leader and coach while demonstrating an exemplary level of integrity within the eSports program.
- Provide a time for interested students to congregate, practice, and compete in eSports outside of normal school hours
- Hold no less than 2-3 practices in a full school week in both the fall and spring semester leading up to competitions. A minimum of 2 practices per week once the competition season begins. (Competition seasons run 8 weeks in length)
- Be proficient in methods of organization when working with students, staff, and parents.
- Be an educator within the Pleasant Hill School District - preferred
- Demonstrate considerable experience or the ability to maintain a successful program
- Maintain high expectations of student athletes when representing Pleasant Hill High School in competition
- Work with MOSEF to understand rules and requirements of eSports teams.
- Have a passion for improving student purpose and performance both in the classroom and in the virtual gaming environment.
- Leading students within the eSports program
- Be able to effectively communicate expectations and guidelines for students
- Work with MOSEF to plan, organize, and operate scheduled events
- Able to attend all scheduled events for the eSports team.
