Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will perform scientific software model development, testing, application and documentation.  They will provide model research products for publications, reports, proposals and public outreach initiatives.  The programmer will develop and maintain the lab website and supercomputer data and model

archives, among other scientific data management activities.  

Job Responsibilities:

90% Scientific software model development, testing, application and documentaton, including preparation of model research products for publications, reports, proposals and public outreach initiatives.

10% Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a Science Degree

Specific Experience:

Demonstrated experience in scientific programming

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Competencies:

Proficient - Scientific programming

Proficient - Collaborative research skills

Proficient - Communicate clearly in spoken, written, and visual mediums
